The factory is equipped with nearly 1500 intelligent robots to realize 100% automation of key processes such as connection, painting and gluing; Relying on the digital base of "one cloud, one network, one platform", C2M mode is used to open up the application scenario of integrating R&D, supply, marketing and service, and realize personalized customization and agile manufacturing of product configuration; Establish a carbon footprint management system and apply green development technology and energy-saving technology to become the first batch of zero-carbon industrial parks in Anhui Province. The artificial intelligence technology is widely used, and 86 quality evaluation gates and more than 25,000 quality control points have been set up, realizing the whole process, traceability and timely quality control and creating ultra-luxury quality.
