Fushan is duty-bound to promote the energy revolution; To implement the new development concept, we must shoulder the mission of the times. In December last year, Fushan County was successfully selected as the first batch of rural energy revolution pilot counties in China, which is also the only pilot county in our province selected for this list.
Although Fushan County has coal reserves, there is no coal mining mine. In recent years, Fushan County has vigorously developed new energy projects with good scenery resources. The total installed capacity of existing grid-connected new energy projects is 139.75MW, and the installed capacity of new energy projects under construction is 400MW. In addition, there is still room for development of not less than 660MW.

Fushan County will take the opportunity of building a pilot county of rural energy revolution, regard energy transformation as the development focus, and explore a replicable and popularized road of rural energy science development from four aspects: supply, consumption, technology and system, so as to help farmers increase their income, increase agricultural production and rural social construction, and promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
Specifically, firstly, we should speed up the construction and development of wind power and photovoltaic power generation, promote the non-electric development of renewable energy, build demonstration projects of geothermal energy clean heating and biomass gas production, build township energy stations, rural comprehensive smart zero-carbon power plants and rural comprehensive microgrid, build county-wide interconnected energy centers, comprehensively utilize new energy technologies, and build a highly self-sufficient new energy microgrid with wind, light and biomass as the mainstay, supplemented by energy storage systems and natural gas.

The government work report makes arrangements for accelerating the comprehensive reform of the energy revolution, and puts forward that "around the construction of five bases, green mining technology will be promoted, and 150 new intelligent coal mines will be built, accounting for 83% of the advanced coal production capacity." Intelligent mine construction is of great significance to promote efficient utilization of resources and mining safety. In order to fully implement the intelligent transformation and upgrading of mining enterprises in our province and promote the upgrading of traditional industries relying on big data and digital economy, we will promote mining enterprises to use AI image recognition technology and AI algorithm to collect and analyze mine safety and production data in real time, leading the intelligent construction and digital transformation of mining enterprises. To this end, four suggestions are put forward.
First, encourage and support technological research and innovation. With Industry-University-Research as the leading factor, encourage and support the cooperation among universities, scientific research institutions and technology enterprises, accelerate the continuous innovation and popularization of AI big model technology, and build an intelligent industrial ecological chain.
