Nearly 85% of the employees in the overseas institutions of central enterprises are local, and the localization rate of some enterprises, such as the Indonesian branch of PetroChina and the Pakistani branch of China Mobile, is as high as 99%.
In addition to providing direct jobs, central enterprises have also promoted local indirect employment and provided high-quality training for overseas employees, such as selecting outstanding employees from CCCC for training in China, which has improved their professional quality and ability.
