Why do e-cigarettes become "bull’s-eye"?

E-cigarettes with gorgeous packaging and many flavors are not beautiful behind the painted skin.

There is no evidence that e-cigarettes can help people quit smoking for a long time. Second, the way to achieve

Eligible paid employees can sign the Service Agreement on Monthly Withdrawal of Housing Provident Fund to Repay the Principal and Interest of Individual Housing Loans (hereinafter referred to as monthly withdrawal agreement or agreement) with Chengdu Provident Fund Center, and realize monthly withdrawal and repayment of loans through direct withdrawal of principal and interest or quota withdrawal.

Third, the application conditions

When the paid employees meet the following conditions at the same time, they may apply for monthly repayment:

(a) during the repayment of the loan, and the loan has not been settled, the deposit employee is the owner of the house purchased by the loan or the spouse of the owner.

(2) There are no cases such as unfinished withdrawal, pre-receipt registration, and the judicial freeze has not been lifted, and it has not been included in the bad behavior registration of Chengdu Provident Fund Center.

(3) The paid employees have no other housing consumption withdrawal business within a natural year, except for the withdrawal of the loan principal and interest for the same set of housing.

(4) There is no agreement on entrusted withdrawal of Chengdu housing provident fund or agreement on entrusted withdrawal of Chengdu housing provident fund quota (hereinafter referred to as "annual entrusted withdrawal agreement") or monthly withdrawal agreement.

Four, the provisions of the contract loan

(2) If the paid employees choose the combined loan of Chengdu Provident Fund Center to sign a monthly withdrawal agreement, the provident fund loan will be paid directly to the principal and interest, and the commercial loan will be paid in a fixed amount, and the monthly available amount will be given priority to the direct payment of the principal and interest.

(3) If the deposited employees have signed the original annual entrustment withdrawal agreement, they can choose to continue the implementation according to the original regulations and the agreement, or they can choose to terminate the annual entrustment withdrawal agreement and sign a new monthly withdrawal agreement.

If there are two or more people in the same house who meet the extraction conditions, the selection of repayment extraction methods and the types of extraction agreements signed should be consistent.

V. Application materials and handling methods

(1) If the deposit employee is the principal borrower, provide his/her identity certificate.

5. If the loan information, housing information and personal loan repayment account inquired through interconnection are incomplete and inaccurate, or the deposit employees have objections, or the non-cooperative banks cannot inquire about relevant information through interconnection, which affects the business audit and data confirmation, the deposit employees shall provide the corresponding original supporting materials.

6. If the housing purchased by the loan is outside the mutual recognition area announced by Chengdu Provident Fund Center, it is also necessary to provide the household registration certificate or work place certificate of the paid employee or spouse.

7. When handling business at the counter, the spouse can act as an agent, and at the same time provide the agent’s identity certificate and the original marriage certificate. If it is necessary to verify the authenticity of the loan through the personal credit information system, only the main borrower can do it for his spouse. If the principal and interest are paid directly, the spouse can do it on behalf of the paid employee after handling the entrusted registration through the "Chengdu Housing Provident Fund" APP or providing a notarized power of attorney.

VI. Implementation of the Agreement

(1) If two or more paid employees sign the same loan, it will be executed in the order of signing time by default.

(2) If the fixed withdrawal method is adopted, Chengdu Provident Fund Center can calibrate the agreed withdrawal amount through cooperative banks’ push information, bank-Zhengtong platform inquiry and manual verification.

VII. Alteration of Agreement

VIII. Termination of the Agreement

(1) The monthly withdrawal agreement shall be automatically terminated in the following circumstances:

1. If the principal and interest are paid directly, the remaining loan principal and interest payable shall be zero.

2. If the fixed withdrawal method is adopted, the accumulated withdrawal amount is equal to the remaining repayable loan principal and interest amount of the loan at the time of signing, or after the month following the agreed loan termination time has been withdrawn according to the agreement.

(II) During the validity period of the agreement, the signatory can terminate the agreement through the "Chengdu Housing Provident Fund" APP or go to the service hall of Chengdu Provident Fund Center to apply for termination of the agreement. If I apply for termination of the agreement at the counter, I shall provide the original identity certificate; If the spouse acts as an agent, the original identity certificate and marriage certificate of the agent shall be provided at the same time.

(3) Chengdu Provident Fund Center has the right to unilaterally terminate the monthly withdrawal agreement under any of the following circumstances:

1. The contractor is included in the bad behavior registration of the provident fund center.

2. The signatory is determined in the divorce agreement or the effective legal documents that he is no longer the owner of the house or no longer undertakes the repayment obligation, or the signatory is no longer the owner of the house, or the spouse of the owner of the house, or does not meet the extraction conditions.

IX. Other matters

If the monthly housing provident fund fails to arrive on time or the available amount is insufficient due to reasons such as the housing provident fund is not remitted and credited in time, bank payment settlement, etc., the borrower shall timely deposit in the personal loan repayment account funds not less than the loan principal and interest payable in the current period.

If loans overdue is caused by the borrower’s failure to deposit funds in full and on time, the borrower shall bear the responsibility.

(II) Matters not covered in these Provisions shall be implemented with reference to the Measures for the Administration of the Withdrawal of Chengdu Housing Provident Fund and the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Administration of the Withdrawal of Chengdu Housing Provident Fund.
