How to help Taiwan Province students adapt to the new environment more quickly? Wu Jialin, CEO of Dinghe Holdings, gave two suggestions. He hopes that young students in Taiwan Province can actively participate in campus activities and clubs, thus building self-confidence and making new friends; At the same time, by participating in enterprise practice, I can adapt to the new living environment in applying what I have learned. "The Taiwan Affairs Office and Fudan University have many high-quality enterprise resources that can provide them with diversified social activities, public welfare activities and internship opportunities to help them experience life and apply what they have learned, which can also help them adapt to life in the mainland more quickly."
"We will try our best to be bosom friends of young friends in Taiwan Province, enthusiastic people in their work and life, and a small guide in their future career development." Hong Liang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Fosun Group and co-general manager of Fosun’s public affairs department, said that the transition from campus to workplace internship is actually very critical, and the enterprise has provided professional guidance and full-course interaction for young students in Taiwan Province to help them better integrate into career life.

"I think the’ Star Project’ is an immersive experience, and it fits the needs of our students very well." Zhang Xuan, a student of the second "Stars Program" from Taoyuan, Taiwan Province, said that the "Stars Program" provided a broad platform for young students on both sides of the Taiwan Strait and helped them to have a brand-new understanding of different industries.
"In this activity, you can learn about good enterprises, listen to the courses of professional teachers and make many good friends, which is very helpful for our personal development." This summer, Zhang Xuan, who is looking for a job after graduation, learned about the "Star Project" through the Internet. After several months of study, she recently joined a favorite financial institution. However, because of her cross-disciplinary employment, she said that her initial job search was not smooth. "It was very difficult at first. At that time, I had zero experience in resumes and interviews."
By participating in the online+offline study in the "Stars Project", Zhang Xuan has a certain understanding of the development of various industries, and also has a new understanding of how to write resumes and how to prepare for interviews. "Many of them are teachers and well-known HR of enterprises. They will share interview and resume writing skills, and some students will have a face-to-face mock interview with the instructor. You can explore some advantages or areas that need improvement through their interview scenes."
