Water quality standard of urban miscellaneous water for recycling urban sewage
1 scope
This standard specifies the water quality standards, sampling and analysis methods of urban miscellaneous water. This standard is applicable to toilet flushing, road cleaning, fire protection, urban greening, vehicle washing and miscellaneous water for construction.

However, all parties who reach an agreement according to this standard are encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents can be used. 3 Terms and definitions
This standard adopts the following terms and definitions.
3.1 Cities are divided into cities and towns.

3.2 Urban miscellaneous water is used as non-potable water for toilet flushing, road cleaning, fire fighting, urban greening, vehicle washing and construction.
3.2.1 Miscellaneous water for flushing toilets Water for flushing toilets in public and residential toilets.
3.2.2 Miscellaneous water for road cleaning Water for road dust suppression and road cleaning.
3.2.3 Miscellaneous water for fire fighting Water for municipal and residential fire hydrant systems.
3.2.4 Miscellaneous water for urban greening Except for special trees and special flowers, water for parks, roadside trees, road isolation green belts, sports grounds, lawns and similar areas.
3.2.1 Miscellaneous water for flushing toilets Water for flushing toilets in public and residential toilets.
3.2.2 Miscellaneous water for road cleaning Water for road dust suppression and road cleaning.
3.2.3 Miscellaneous water for fire fighting Water for municipal and residential fire hydrant systems.
3.2.4 Miscellaneous water for urban greening Except for special trees and special flowers, water for parks, roadside trees, road isolation green belts, sports grounds, lawns and similar areas.
3.2.5 Miscellaneous water for building construction Water for soil compaction, dust suppression, concrete washing and concrete mixing at the building construction site.
4 Water quality indicators The water quality of urban miscellaneous water should comply with the provisions in Table 1. Water for concrete mixing shall also comply with the relevant provisions of JGJ63.

Note: The water used for concrete mixing shall comply with the relevant provisions of JGJ63.
5 Sampling and analysis methods 5.1 Sampling and storage The design and organization of water quality sampling shall be in accordance with GB/T12997 and GB/T12998. The storage of samples shall be in accordance with GB/T12999. 5.2 Analysis method The analysis method is specified in Table 2.

5.3 Water quality monitoring
The sampling and testing frequency of urban miscellaneous water shall comply with the provisions in Table 3.

6 Implementation and Supervision of Standards 6.1 The administrative department of sanitary and miscellaneous water of the people’s government at or above the county level and relevant departments are responsible for unified supervision and inspection of the implementation of this standard.
6.2 The water quality items and standards of urban miscellaneous water shall conform to the provisions of this standard. Local or industry standards shall not be wider than this standard or conflict with this standard.
6.3 The exterior of urban miscellaneous water pipelines, water tanks and other equipment shall be painted with PB09 phthalocyanine blue (see GB/T3181), and the word "miscellaneous water" shall be marked in a prominent position to avoid accidental drinking and misuse.
6.2 The water quality items and standards of urban miscellaneous water shall conform to the provisions of this standard. Local or industry standards shall not be wider than this standard or conflict with this standard.
