Initiative 2: Launch the "Enjoy Series" package.

  Since April 20, 2019, China Mobile has successively launched a series of enjoy packages in 10 provinces (cities) including Beijing, Sichuan and Liaoning. At present, the package is promoted nationwide.

  This package is the first product with unlimited capacity, and the more you use it, the cheaper it is. The package contains 50G of traffic, which supports multi-person sharing, and gives broadband and broadband TV, and the rights and interests such as free family number calling.

  From May 17th, 2019, China Mobile will launch a nationwide "Voice Doubling" campaign. For package customers, you can enjoy the voice doubling in the original package by adding a minimum of 10 yuan.

  For example, the original 58 yuan Feixiangtong package contains 150 minutes of national voice, and customers can double the voice in the package to 300 minutes by adding a minimum of 10 yuan.

  China Mobile has launched a unified inquiry and unsubscribe service for value-added services 0000. Customers can quickly inquire about the subscription status of monthly value-added services and corresponding tariff standards by editing SMS "0000" on their mobile phones and sending it to 10086. At the same time, according to the inquiry results, one or more subscribed services can be conveniently and quickly unsubscribed by replying to the service serial number.

  In addition, China Mobile has also launched an industry short message "0000" inquiry and unsubscribe service. If customers don’t want to receive some industry short messages again, they can send "0000" to this short message number for inquiry and unsubscribe.

Initiative 5: 10080 service quality supervision hotline

  On January 20, 2019, China Mobile set up the whole network upgrade complaint center, and activated the number 10080 as the service quality supervision hotline, so as to collect and listen to customers’ voices more timely and accurately, centrally accept, quickly check and accurately handle all kinds of upgrade complaints from customers.

  If the customer thinks that the reasonable demands made through the service channels such as the 10086 hotline have not been properly handled or there is any dispute about the handling result, he can call 10080 to reflect the problem and get feedback within 120 hours at the latest.

Measure 6: Quick installation and quick repair, and overtime delivery of traffic.

  In the area with installed conditions, customers apply for home broadband opening and maintenance service. If it cannot be completed within the time agreed by both parties, China Mobile will compensate customers for their mobile phone traffic and send 1GB for every day of delay.
